How to Apply
Prospective Adult Degree Program students should have completed at least two years of college study or three years in the workforce prior to submitting an application for admission. No student will be considered "admitted" if the admissions process is not observed.
Persons seeking admission to the Adult Degree Program must submit the following:
- A Shaw University online application for admission.
- Application fee (nonrefundable) of $25 by check or money order.
- An official copy of an academic transcript from high school or college.
- Transcript (s) must be sent directly to:

Admission is contingent upon verification of high school graduation or satisfactory completion of the General Education Development (GED) test.
NOTE: Application deadlines are July 30 for the Fall Semester and December 30 for the Spring Semester.
