Dr. Gaddis J. Faulcon, Interim President
Dr. Gaddis J. Faulcon is a native of Oxford, North Carolina.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Augustine’s College and two
degrees from North Carolina State University: a Master of Recreation Resources
and Public Administration and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration
and Public Administration.
Faulcon's career in academia spans more than 25
years with both teaching and administrative positions, including serving as the
Vice President for Student Affairs at Saint Augustine’s College and as the Acting Executive Director for Northeastern North Carolina Tomorrow, Inc. at
Elizabeth City State University. In 1998, Faulcon joined the faculty at Shaw
University as an assistant professor in the Department of Allied Health
Professions. He later served as chair of the department and was
then appointed dean of Shaw’s College of Graduate and Professional Studies.
He also served as an associate professor of Public Administration in the
Department of Business and Public Administration.
Faulcon is the founding pastor of Agape Worship Center and
Training Institute, Inc., in Stem, NC and president and founder of Winning
Generation Education Training Institute, Inc. He is a certified Carlson
Learning Company trainer and distributor and a charter member of the
International Guild of Professional Consultants.
