WSHA is owned and operated by Shaw University, the licensee whose EEO policy guidelines are observed. However, WSHA, as a public radio station under the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation or disability.
