As one of the points of North Carolina’s Research Triangle, the city is also an important center for tech and biotech. Community Service

Helping others helps you develop career and leadership skills. You make a difference and build your resume, too. As a Shaw student, you can volunteer doing anything from assisting women and older adults to safeguarding our democracy and the climate. When you do community service, you may also receive training and mentorship.
