All move-in times are by appointment, only. Please check your Bears email address for the Signup Genius link to make your reservation. The Signup Genius link will be available beginning July 13, 2023. If you are moving to campus as a part of an APPROVED athletic team, band member, or student leadership group with a specific move-in date, please follow their dates, plans, and arrangements.

Move-In Reminders
- All Students must be financially cleared and registered for FALL 2023 classes.
- All Shaw University students must submit all required immunization records to Student Health before they can enroll for the Fall 2023 semester (see Student Health for more information if you are a new, transfer, or readmitted student).
